MOL012# - Removal and Appointment Resolution

Proposal:

Whereas the MCS Council does not permit members of the Society to be the leader of more than one nation;

Whereas with Vladimir's annointment as Zatriarch of the Zatriarchate of Matbaa, another micronation, may make him less active;

Whereas the Vice-President Xenofontov has proven active and dedicated in the past;

The Supreme Soviet of the United Soviet States of Col here assembled resolves that:

1. Vladimir shall step down as President of the Soviet Union.

2. Vice-President Xenofontov shall be appointed Interim-President of the USSC.

3. Interim-President Xenofontov will ensure the operation of fair elections for President, an election in which he or any other citizen but Vladimir may run in.

By the way, I think that if Xenofontov votes no then the Resolution should not pass in this instance, because if the would-be President doesn't want to be President, there'll be problems.
