CONSTITUTION OF THE MILITSIYAN SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF BELOPRUSSIA (MSRB)
CHAPTER 1 POLITICS
1. Beloprussia is to be declared a socialist republic for the Militsiya. The Militsiya is a socialist militian red army faithfull to socialism and the people of Col.
2. The Beloprussian people are a part of the Colish people and shall always be a part of it.
3. The Defence of the Motherland and the people is the sole mission of every citizen of MSRB
CHAPTER 2 ORGANIZATION AND LEGISLATION
4. The Militsiya is a people’s defence force commanded by their democratic elected Militsiyan Commanders and the appointed commanders of the Armed Forces of Col. The Milisiya shall assist and help the United Soviet States Army and Navy in every possible way.
5. The Beloprussian Militsiyan Socialist Republic shall be governed by the dictatorship of the people.
6. The dictatorship of the people may change the constitution of the MSRB if a 2/3 majority is reached
CHAPTER 3 RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF THE BELOPRUSSIAN PEOPLE
7. It is a duty and an honor to join the Militsiya.
8. It is a right for every citizen to elect and to be elected by the Beloprussian people
9. It is a duty and an honor to defend the MSRB and The United Soviet States of Col
10. It is a right to paticipate in Beloprussian legislation
11. Persons are reliefed from article 7 if he or she has a function in the leading party, The Colish Armed Forces and The Colish government.
CHAPTER 4 FREEDOM
12. Joining or not joining the MSRB is a personal freedom
13. Religion and ani-religion is a personal freedom
14. Freedom to critize and have another opinion is permitted as long it doesn’t interfere with the Beloprussian constitution and the USSC constitution
CHAPTER 5 PHROBITTED
15. forcefull joining the MSRB
16. racism, seksism, fascism, capitalism and discrimination
17. classes
CHAPTER 6 FLAG AND CAPITAL
18. The capital of the MSRB is Lazargrad
19. The Beloprussian flag is a rectancle with the Colish Soviet Star located near the upper left corner in the red field and a hawk located near the down right corner in the green field. Both collored fields are seperated by white thin line from the down left corner to the upper right corner.
