The New USSC forums has been spammed today, with the posts themselves being deleted within hours of their arrival by the President.
The two spam posts - one in the 'Treaty with the CIS thread' and one in the 'Reforms en masse' thread, which could be a sign of their poster - were both posted within minutes by a guest referring to himself as "RWEREW", both guests sharing the same IP. This IP has been banned indefinately and has been recorded so that any foreign comrades may ban in on their forums also.
Spam has not been unknown to the USSC, earlier this year on the old and now unused forums by a spammer later identified as former micronationalist David Redstone. However these spam attacks differ in that the earlier attack had vulgar images and this attack consisted of hundreds of links to websites suspected to contain virus downloads. Whilst the Investigative Team has not ruled out Mr Redstone, it is doubtful he would do it again considering our response last time.
All USSC citizens should remain vigilant and not be frightened - no mere spammer can frighten our Great Soviet Union. Should these attacks continue in the near future, all citizens are advised not to click on any links in these posts. The USSC remains safe, although the SIA has increased its Terrorist Threat level from 'Normal' to 'Severe' - more information about that can be found in the SIA board.
All citizens and foreign visitors are advised to inform the President if they have ever heard of the organisation "RWEREW" or someone that goes by that name. All information would be appreciated.
Remain calm and remain vigilant. We will defeat them.
