Proposal: Reform of the USSC forces

Proposer: Vadjim Ivanov

Notes:

Divide the Col forces in 2 main parts the United Soviet States Army (ussa) and the United Soviet States Fleet (ussf).

The USSA consists out of of Ground Forces, Air Forces and Strategic Rocket Forces

The USSF consists out of Soviet Naval Air Service, Soviet Naval Infantry (marines) and Soviet Coast Artillery.
