My parents were in China and got me the little red book in chinese and english. wooo!!!
I also got a Mao t-shirt, commy cap, She T-shirt and communist playing cards. It's like Christmas. Actually, Santa is dressed in red...

The little red book is interesting, but you can't read it like a book in my opinion. You can dabble into it and see opinions on certain things, but I don't think it'd make a good front to back read. The other leftie books; - Communist Manifesto: Interesting but quite a hard read. Haven't had to concentrate as much since I read the Gulag Archipelago. -Diaries of Tony Benn 1940-1990: Let me point out how long 50 years is. Took me ages but I enjoyed it and it was funny reading about future Labour Prime Ministers before they were really anything. It was enjoyable. -Ghandi's Autobiography: Smashing.
