Fraternal Salutations to my dear comrades

I would like to cordially invite you to the motherland of Katyusha at the International Bureau of the Communist Party of the Federation of Katyushan Socialist Republics to co-ordinate a counter-measure against the "Anti-Communist League" which satisfies all parties. This we believe shall unite us all underneath the glorious red banner against our capitalist aggressors. One day, we shall smash their world and replace it with an eternal bliss of a Marxist utopia.
