Should Col consider closing the borders to those who are from countries that are in the anti-communist league? (Only in simulation, those who are members of them can come and go) This would be in order to prevent terrorism and smuggling of weaponry.
I think we should not close them completely as we have allies on Micras who will not attack us and smuggle illegal implements.
I've proposed a bill in Hamland which you could follow suit with. Colish citizens can still enter and leave hamland as they wish.

I have recently commissioned Grand Marshal Xenofontov to create a standardised military installation diagram plan. We can use this for border defence posts to ensure our borders are properly defended.
