Comrades of the Union. Do we all agree that our once-proud Armed Forces are in a dire state? Measures ought to be taken to remedy this state of affairs with some immediacy I feel.

Forces and commanders lack signficiant training for a start. I can't remember the last training exercise we had. The Osman Revolution never took off, and that had political motivation- "the despot must fall" etc. Perhaps more military displays may help bring about more enthusiasm for the military.
